Translation fields in Media Library non persistents
Quote from giessedati on January 28, 2021, 3:30 pmHi,
I need to edit some field in the media library for my pictures, however, the translation fields are not displayed most of the time. If I navigate left and right in the media library they appear sometime, but very rarely.
Even on the same file, there are no translations fields, and then they appear.
Any solution?
Thank you

Is there a way to show the translation fields even if the page is in draft?
Thank you

Sorry, I am not able to reproduce the issues.
Regarding the first issue, because the Media fields are fetched asynchronously, it might take some time before showing.
Could you provide more details?
Thanks!

I've made a video to show better the problem, unfortunately I don't know what other infomartions I could give.
In the second part of the video there's a new Issue. I mapped some page to URI map, but their title does not change, I've checked everything and they keep the same old title, even if the pages are different. This only in the translated version, so I thing might be a "memory" issue of the plugin?

The media issue was identified, the support of navigation will be added in the next More-Lang release. As a workaround, you can open a new editing window for each media.
Regarding the page title issue, it is very strange. The browser title is correct, and the title in the content is not generated by More-Lang. Since you are using the WP Bakery builder which is not installed in my Env., I'm not able to reproduce the issue. I think it's not caused by More-Lang, you can remove the URI-map row to verify if the page works normally.
Thanks!

thank you for your support, I have another problem regards laguage fields.
I noticed that if the post, product or page is in draft mode, the translatios fields do not exists. I use a free duplicate page plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicate-page/
If I duplicate the page, the new one does not shows translation fields, but only when I publish it. Would it be possible to keep the fields even in draft mode, so I can work on the translation without publishig it?
Thank you

The media navigation support was added in More-Lang 2.5.3, please upgrade.
As for the Post draft issue, I'm not able to reproduce it. May be it only happens when working with some plugins, could you recheck it?
Thanks!
